HOW TO APPLY

If you would like to study in the University in the heart of the city that focuses on changing the world for a better tomorrow, you’re choosing the right place. We do not use special formulas to select students. We look at every single applicant’s application, academic qualifications and personal experience, to select students who suit to our community and department with a full range of backgrounds.

Admission into the HND program at HIBMAT consists of at least four ‘O’ Levels, plus two ‘A’ Levels subjects excluding Religious Studies. Equivalents by the Ministry of Higher Education is also welcomed.For Bachelors degree programs, HND/HPD holders in a relevant and accredited subject are eligible. There is also a direct entry for A Levels ‘holders’, for those who want to do the three(3) year BSc program, under the Mentorship of the University of Buea.

  • Registration fee of 35,000 Frs CFA

Things To Know First

The Common Application is required for students applying to any or all of HIBMAT’s three degreeS. You’ll be able to choose your campus and programs that you are interested.

You will need :

  • Ensure all sections are completed and that the declaration is signed and dated. Forward your completed form to HIBMAT Secretariat, Buea
  • Purchase the admission package via MTN Mobile Money
  • Non refundable 15 000FRS cfa application fee.
