Admission into the HND program at HIBMAT consists of at least four O Levels plus two A Levels subjects excluding Religious Studies.Equivalents recognized by the Ministry of Higher Education are allowed.

For Bachelors degree, HND/HPD holders in a relevant subject are eligible. No direct entry for A Levels ‘holders’.

  • Registration fee of 15,000 Frs CFA

Bachelors Admission Requirements

  • Certified true copy of HND result certificate from the Ministry of Higher Education
  • Certified true copy of birth certificate
  • Certified true copy of A Levels/BAAC
  • Photocopy of N.I.C
  • 2 passport size photographs 4×4
  • Registration fee of 25,000 Frs CFA

Masters Admission Requirements

  • Certified Bachelors Degree Certificate or testimonial
  • Certified medical certificate
  • Transcript of Degree results
  • Recommendation letter from 2 lecturers
  • Photocopy of employment letter ,if employed.
  • 2 passport size photographs 4×4
  • Registration fee of 35,000 Frs CFA

Successful applicants will receive a “letter of offer” and an acceptance document.

To accept an offer, applicants must complete the acceptance document and attach an original cash payment receipt of 20,000 Frs ( being registration fee for the degree program).
