Funding your studies at HUIB
HUIB welcomes all freshmen to its campus this 2022/2023 academic year. As a new student, you are required to fully understand and follow the registration procedures very strictly to enable you take off with lectures effectively.
Payment of Registration Fees
The registration fee can be paid to the school finance officer on the school campus or in any of the School’s Bank Accounts. After payment of the registration fee, ensure you’re given a valid receipt by the school finance officer, or the Bank.
After successfully paying your registration fee, you will receive an admission letter, indicating that you have been admitted to study at HIBMAT University.
The registration fee varies by level:
HND: FCFA 25,000
Bachelor (B-Tech & BSc): FCFA 35,000
MBA: FCFA 45,000

Payment of Tuition Fees
After paying your registration fees and receiving an admission letter, you are expected to pay your tuition fees to be fully recognized as a student of HUIB. We’ve made it easy for you to pay your tuition fees.
Paying by bank transfer
Payments can be made by electronic transfer directly into the University’s bank account. All you need to do is to go to the bank and indicate that you want to pay fees into the HUIB account.

Pay your fees in installments
You might not have to pay your tuition fees in one lump sum – you may be able to pay in installments.
You can pay your fees in installments, either:
two equal installments: 50% on enrolment and 50% by December 31, 2022.
three equal installments: The first payable at enrolment, then 2 equal payments by December 31, 2022.
