The first one week in school will be an orientation week. For one week, all freshmen will undergo orientation before they are given their course forms.
This will be done according to Departments. The time-table and schedule on how this will be done will be published by the Academic Dean of studies.

After course forms must have been given to students, the school administration will indicate to all freshmen to get ready for I.D Card production. This can be done just when classes must have begun. Only those who have registered, paid complete first Installment Fees will be given a school I.D Card.
Students of HIBMAT are an elite class of refined citizens. Students are permitted to dress formally in any conventional attire. Attires must be neat and non-sexists. However, the prescribed wear is a classical Ash-Grey suit and trouser for men, and a long or medium length skirt for women.
Shoes must be formal and compatible with the dress, purpose and season. Hair-do and hair-cut must be soft and appealing; girls are encouraged to maintain neat hair styles.
The library is available to students for reading purposes only. Students will not be allowed to carry books out of the library, but shall submit them on time to rigorously explore the collections therein. The library shall be open from Mondays to Fridays from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (two-shift work system), and on Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
HIBMAT is located in the free and safe zones in Buea and Douala. Our campus A is located at Check Point while our Campus B is located at HIBMAT Street, a few meters away from Check Point.
Meanwhile, our campus in Douala is located at Bonamoussadi, carrefour Yoro Joss.
Moreover, our classes and offices are in well-fenced gates with security personnel making sure security is at its maximum.
